Well I survived last week. Im really struggling with staying on my plan. I had a massive sugar binge on Saturday and I couldnt quite get over it yesterday. Just a reminder on why I need to stay away from it.
I also decided not to have coffee today. Im not a big coffee drinker, so its not that rough but I usually go through a streak for several weeks. I like a little coffee with my creamer so its not like Im getting the benefits of coffee. I just like the creaminess- but even with the creamer its not super delicious. I guess Id rather have something I really enjoy than having something thats merely ok. Maybe if I can stay away from added sugar this week Ill treat myself to a starbucks. I know its kind of stupid to reward myself with something that Im avoiding, but if thats something that I crave then I want to work for it.
