Finishing Fifth Weekend Fasting and Purple Sweet Potato Pie

So I survived the fifth-weekend fasting. It's not much more difficult than the prior weeks. I fell asleep early Sat afternoon and missed out on the hunger pangs. So taking a nap is one way of skipping the hunger. I'm hoping to see good number on the scale tomorrow morning.
Now the new food experiment. I read that the Okinawans take 70% of their calories from purple sweet potatoes. So I decided to create a superfood pie made from purple sweet potatoes, Maca root, brewer's yeast, bee pollens and Kerry Gold butter. I don't know what it tastes like yet as I'm still on the fast. I'll find out tomorrow if it's any good.
