Working On It

I did a good job today of working on nutrition and exercise. Still at my sister's house, but I'm able to get in some walking around the house and eating better now. I have turned down some of the things she wants to eat...like nachos tonight.

I'm getting back to my daily planner as the time is approaching when I will return home. Trying to get back into the habits I had before I left.

I have decided to weigh myself each morning for a couple of weeks and not freak out but stay patient if the scale stays the same or doesn't move. Will do some analysis if the weight doesn't change.
