Today is a good day. I got up early and did my 20 minutes of strength training. I am feeling more relaxed today. My plan is to work on trying to be more relaxed through my days and try and ignore the Aniexty. Yesterday I did go to the grocery store and I have tried to get more fruits and vegetables to eat on a daily. Instead of eating junk food I am going to eat a fruit to try and calm my sweet tooth. I am really trying and even if the scale does not go down and so I need to focus on the things that I am doing to get healthy and so I am proud of myself for reaching goals. I am so excited cause next week the weather is suppose to be really good almost in the 60s so spring is almost here. Daylights savings time has me alittle messed up but it will straighten out. Staying positive!🤗💜💞
