The Beginning of Fifth Weekend Fasting and Activated Charcoal

OK, so I had one tablespoon of activated charcoal mixed with water for breakfast and the fasting has officially begun. I hope to experience strong hunger pangs this weekend as it only means I'll be burning more fat. The stronger the more fat I'll burn. So bring it on! Hunger only comes in waves, you can see that on Dr. Fung's or Caryn Zinn's videos. They will pass. No big deal.

On the shopping list for food today is roast ducks, oysters, bamboo shoots, young coconuts and jiaogulan. These are for next week. Now that I only eat 5 days a week, I'm not going to worry about high sugar content of high potassium foods. Thus, I will go for young coconuts and plantains for potassium.
