When I Don't Want to Exercise

SparkCoach wants me to write down my excuses for not exercising and then how I will bust through each excuse. I only have two excuses.

I'M TOO TIRED
I'M TOO SORE

How do I but through those? Well, I think the best thing for me is come up with some simple exercises I can do when I really don't want to exercise. Here are some:

10 minutes of walking
10 minutes of a strength video
10 minutes of yoga/stretching
10 minutes of dancing to my favorite music

Here are some reasons why I want to exercise:

I want to get stronger
I want more energy
I want to be able to do fun things outdoors
I want to increase my metabolism
I want to lose weight

Well, now I'm prepared to get my exercise on! Wish me luck!
