Beck Diet Solution Day 8

Wow! I have no concept of time whatsoever. Or it could just be that I do not know how to manage my time.

My scheduling assignment was a bust. Not only did I have too much to do, but too many spontaneous things happened that interrupted my schedule. Oh well, I guess I will have to work on this exercise while I move on to the other exercises.

I do understand the value of having a schedule to help accomplish my goal's. It is just coming from being a spur of the moment kind of gal to becoming what I'd call organized that is going to take some work and dedication. So, until I get a handle of how long a minute is, I schedule my day in blocks: morning, afternoon, and evening. This will give me wiggle room to be flexible and adaptable to what other people will demand of me and still be true to myself and my plan.

Hopefully, I will eventually get it down to within reason and not be too far off with my estimation of time.

    Dividing your day into the three blocks is a great start, once you master that then start dividing those into smaller blocks. You're on your way! emoticon

    I too was a spur of the moment kind of gal. While I'm not organized, I do plan for my meals and exercise. Planning ahead is a valuable key to hold.
