Change is a good thing.

Change. I used to fear it. But I've been through so much of it. All of the change I've been through over the years have definitely been for the better!

Divorced, but found an AMAZING man who loves my children and I whole heartily. He also has a son younger than mine. Now I have 3 children. Change.

I sold my house and live in a new place. I am now a small business owner on top of being a teacher and love it! Change.

My oldest is a senior in high school and will be off to college in the fall. More change. My youngest has his driving permit and will be getting his first job and a car soon. More change.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a house. More change. My weight has crept up and it is now time to beat it back down. More change.

I could have fought it all. But I didn't. I embraced it. More change. emoticon

I like to use the word IMPROVE whenever the word change is used. See how it changes the dynamic when you try this.
