Beck Solution, Day 8, Make Time

It is important for me to review at least a couple times a day all the reasons I have for wanting to love weight.

This week I will learn how to schedule in time for dieting and exercise activities. I will learn to tolerate hunger and cravings.

Losing weight is so important to me that I'm willing to fit my life around the necessary activities. Here's what I am going to need time for this week:

*Exercising for a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week

*Engaging in brief daily exercise

*Continuing to work in my workbook

*Continuing to sit down and eat every eal and snack slowly and mindfully.

I will make a response card that reads: Put Dieting First - I have to plan my life around exercise and dieting activities, not vice versa. I deserve to put myself first. It will be added to the cards I read daily.
