I'm just jotting down a few NSVs
My blood sugar readings are in range 94% of the time in the last month.
My dose of Glimepiride (diabetes drug) has been reduced.
I enjoy eating veggies.
I don't eat much processed food anymore.
I drink more water.
I don't drink pop.
I can walk 10-20 minutes at a time. (Big improvement for me.)
My jeans fit better.
