First a reflectrion: I've been doing hatha yoga classes regularly again since around November (having stopped in May when I became ill)...mostly three times per week (as well as once-a-week classes of tai chi and chi kung). I try to do all three practices at home between classes as well. My other consistent exercise, when weather permits, is bicycling — typically about 10 miles round-trip. Soooooo...last Saturday morning during yoga class I had an "Aha!" experience of feeling stronger, with a greater sense of well being than I have felt for a long while. 76 STRONG!



And now the weekly weigh-in news: Didn't move an ounce with this morning's scale visit.

Some weeks I do a better job than others in tracking nutrition. I have not yet begun using the exercise tracker and don’t know if I will, since it doesn’t exactly fit the focus of what I’m doing.
