Today has started off very good and I hope that it continues that way. I was able to get my 20 minutes of strength training done and then I was able to get 30 minutes of WAP. It is not to bad outside today as far as the sun goes, but it is snowy and rainy. I am still looking for my spring to come around so that I can get out and get more sun and fresh air.

I have to say since starting back onto my exercise routines my anxiety has gone down quite a bit. I am able to go almost all day without anxiousness. I am happy with that less meds and more of a natural high on life and feeling more confident about myself. I start off my day with positive thoughts and that has also helped. I am more on a mental health journey right now, but it seems that things are starting to look up for me! emoticon

    Good for you! I find when I get my exercise in the morning it sets a positive tone for my day also. I found stretching more after my workouts alleviated a lot of the soreness I was experiencing therefore allowing me to enjoy a bit more as I went along... less pain meds also! Cant wait for spring to get here also... couple more weeks YAY!!! Hope you enjoy your day :)

    I'm waiting for the sunshine & spring time as well! Got spoiled last week here in KS with 70's I was getting up early and going for walks cause it was in the 50's in the mornings. Today woke up to 20's again! Keep it up!
