I've been reading and looking around the site here and I see goals everywhere. I started thinking long and hard about mine. At first mine was just be better next year than I was this year. Of course I have the general get more healthy, lose weight, keep it off, get healthier and stay that way. Now the question is how to accomplish these goals. Also, how to reward myself for accomplishing them without food. So, here goes: MARCH: 100m wlkng, climb the mt 3x and exercise 560min REWARD=Mani&pedi APRIL: 64m, 4x the mt and exercise 700min REWARD=Ren Faire and cool trinket MAY: 92m, 4x the mt and exercise 840min REWARD=Book I've been thinking about JUNE: 36m, 3x or 5x the mt, 980 min exercise REWARD=Other book I've been thinking JULY 4th is my first major weight loss check point, 40-50lbs. Idk what to do then. Any suggestions?

    Great goals and good rewards!!! It's hard to suggest goals for other people, it has to be what is rewarding and motivating for YOU! (My big reward will be a spa vacation, for as many days as I can afford. I also like rewarding myself with new exercise clothing)
