Life and choices

We all have to choose what image we paint for others in our corner of the world. We make choices every day. I choose to look for God in my world, and think that each person I meet needs to see the love of God shining from my life. If God is at the center, and I seek to give love and grace to others, then I am giving as God gives to me.

When I go with friends, I seek to eat with balance. If I get dessert, I seek to eat small portions or half of the dessert. It is all about balance and moderation with my new lifestyle change.
