Since we moved in October, my weight has been an issue. The stress of moving to a new state and the chaos of moving resulted in some serious weight gain. I've lost about 6 pounds since the move, which is great, but I'm dealing with some rough anxiety and went back on my medication. This is a really good thing for me. It will allow me to be a good wife and mom again, instead of hiding in my room in the evenings and leaving my husband to take care of the kids after working all day. We are also planning a trip to Chicago in May for a birthday weekend. I'm really hoping that this will help motivate me to step up my game and lose these 10 pounds I'm struggling with. It won't put me at my goal, but it will get me closer!
