Today is a cold and raining day. Lucky enough though it is my relax day and that is what I intend to do! emoticon

Tomorrow I plan to get back at it again and do 2 days of ST and 5 days of cardio. I am not going to get upset that my weight has gone up a bit because I am doing more ST and also it is that time of the month and I do not expect a loss when it comes to that because my body retains a lot of water ect. SO well shall see on Thursday my next weigh in were I am at!
