Our assignment for this week for the Aspire to Inspire BSG challenge: Blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month.

My goals for February were:

Drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water daily: emoticon
Making nutritious choices daily - Probably met this goal 60% of the time
Limit sweet treats - Probably met this goal 60% of the time
Limit white carbs. - Probably met this goal 60% of the time
Practice yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays emoticon mostly
Attend Low Impact Fitness Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week emoticon
Walking a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week. emoticon
Stretching daily emoticon
Do PT exercises at least twice daily emoticon

My goals for March are:

Drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water daily:
Making nutritious choices daily
Limit sweet treats
Limit white carbs.
Practice yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays
Attend Mindful Movement (Low Impact Fitness) Monday and Wednesday each week
Walking a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week.
Stretching daily- Probably met this goal 60% of the time
Do PT strengthening exercises daily, 2 sets
Do 15 minutes of strength exercise two days per week
