I'm going to keep a blog of the Beck Diet Solution. I have begun 3 times but never finished. The story of my life!
Day 1: Why I want to lose weight:
I want to take my power back and STOP leaking my energy. I want freedom from my old habits. I want to be in normal range not obese. Be a good example for my kids.
Day 2 - East Sitting Down
I do eat sitting down. And I do it mindfully but chewing 25 times.
Day 3 - Choose a Diet Plan
I cloose Paleo or Atkins Low Carb which are about the same. I hope to keep to 65 carbs and 1500 calories for my 255 pounds.
