2018 - My Year to BE ... March

March has been off to a slow start for me. I started with my foot issue and hoping to get in some good stretching & workouts this weekend to get me back on track. All a work in progress, I suppose.
I wrapped up January & February with a little loss and I am hoping to carry that through to March. Slow and steady wins this race.
I have decided to join my dear SparkFriend Elaine on a challenge - I am going for OperationPhotoBod! I want to be fit and tone by the time my oldest graduates HS next year (16 months away & it'll fly by!). I don't want to hide in the pictures. Plus I realized the other day - my youngest will be having her 8th grade graduation next year! Milestones for both of them and I want to celebrate with them. And feel good about myself & enjoy seeing myself in family pictures again!
Here is how I plan to get there ...
Get back to ST & toning. Can't reach my goals without it!
Getting back into accumulating my miles. Hoping my foot cooperates! I'd like to reach 60 intentional miles this month!
To keep on tracking and logging into MFP daily
Keep logging into SP daily and completing my 5-wins a day for the FoodFeats Spark challenge (aiming to go 30 days)
To show a loss at the end of the month! Keep my monthly streak going!
There you have it. I've got some work to do but I know I can do it with goals in mind & my eyes on the prize
