Seeing Results

I've been above 200 lbs. since last summer, so for about the last 9 or 10 months. For the longest time, I had no motivation to loose weight. I got so big that I don't fit in most of my clothes, so I've learned to rotate through the things that do fit. I finally got motivated to loose weight though. It's Lent, and I am determined to get healthy. In the last week and a half, I have lost 3.5 lbs, and I am doing good with it! I made a mini-goal to get to 199 by the end of April, and I know I am on my way there. I think once I get below 200, I will feel some relief. Here's to another two weeks and another 3.5 lbs. down, hopefully!
