Peace Within and Without

Trying to really focus on a peaceful state of mind. Let go of the negative. Embrace the positive. Breathe in, breathe out. All the tiny things that don't amount to much, don't need to take up rent free space in my head. Gratitude. Peace. Love. Those matter.
I work with someone full of negativity, and some days, that pushes my buttons. Today, no anxiety, no hanging on to things I don't need. I will maintain a positive attitude, one of love and gratitude and peace.
