This quote is so true to me. I have had a hard time accepting what happened to and how I felt like I missed a year and how I had lost so much weight only to have gained 20 of it back,but I need to make a note to myself that I am now a stronger person that I am always going to be a work in progress and there is nothing wrong with that. I may not be who I was before,but what is wrong with moving on and bring a new me!๐Ÿค—โค New month new start to keep pushing forward with my health! Goals this month: ๐Ÿ’œ strength training 2 times a month for 20min each. ๐Ÿ’œ30 min cardio 5 times a week ๐Ÿ’œtrack all good Warren and make sure to measure. I did go up on my weigh in a little over 1 pound,but I am not going to get upset because it is getting towards that time of the month and water weight and bloating happen. I am going stick with focusing on my exercise and eatting. I have a hard time with tracking food and now I really need to get back onto doing that because good is more of my problem then fitness. ๐ŸŒŒ๐Ÿ”ฎ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’œ so excited this month as well cause next week we are starting out BL spring challange. I am hoping by the end of the 10 weeks I will at least get out of the 200s. Just keep positive!โค๐Ÿ˜
