This quote is so true to me. I have had a hard time accepting what happened to and how I felt like I missed a year and how I had lost so much weight only to have gained 20 of it back,but I need to make a note to myself that I am now a stronger person that I am always going to be a work in progress and there is nothing wrong with that. I may not be who I was before,but what is wrong with moving on and bring a new me!🤗❤
New month new start to keep pushing forward with my health!
Goals this month:
💜 strength training 2 times a month for 20min each.
💜30 min cardio 5 times a week
💜track all good Warren and make sure to measure.
I did go up on my weigh in a little over 1 pound,but I am not going to get upset because it is getting towards that time of the month and water weight and bloating happen. I am going stick with focusing on my exercise and eatting. I have a hard time with tracking food and now I really need to get back onto doing that because good is more of my problem then fitness.
🌌🔮🎶💜 so excited this month as well cause next week we are starting out BL spring challange. I am hoping by the end of the 10 weeks I will at least get out of the 200s.
