I'm really trying to keep up my journaling and keep off the 20lbs that I lost... I lost them because I was sick, but now my stomach is doing better and all those treats out there are calling... I've tried to be good about it. I don't eat a regular dinner any longer and cut my breakfast in half...Now I have to add in fruits and salads to make it even better...then if I have a treat I won't feel guilty...
Because I’ve been so depressed I've found it impossible to bring myself to the gym which I need to do desperately....I just want to crawl into bed after breakfast and take a huge nap in the afternoon...and then I stay up until 12 midnight...I’m finally starting to get my new computer in order. it will take a while, but it will be worth it as I will be able to work on my photography....
I hate this fatigue...I’m really trying hard to stay on track!

    I know how you feel. Tho I am not depressed the fatigue really gets to me some days.
