In the last week I have binged twice, and I'm still going. That is a record for me. Friday is weigh in and I'm excited to see what the numbers show. Hopefully it will show what I know to be true. I'm doing well. Finding new ways to make filling food with lower calories. I've been doing cardio every day for 10min plus strength training every other day. Plus i've actually been finding little ways to do extra work and extra activity. And to think that I use to avoid such a thing lol.
