Still working towards my goal of competing. I was actually asked to do a photo shoot by a photography company. Took me by surprise but I said yes (whaaaaaat)! It’s surreal and yet exciting at the same time. Ok to the real substance of this blog: I’ve had my minor setbacks with food. I don’t let it ruin my entire day instead, I recognize it and I commit on SAME day to do better. I don’t say to myself, “oh I ate a snickers, my whole day and healthy living is thrown off...might as well indulge myself further into sweets.” I don’t even go there with myself. Instead, I make up my mind that I’m not going to allow that to stop me from achieving my goals...I’ll work harder. Healthy living is all about having the right mindset. Having the right mindset will catapult you in the direction of successfully living healthy.

Saw the picture. Animalistic quality and character, especially with the hair. A lionness ready to attack her prey. Keep up the good work.

So true about that perfectionist, all or nothing, type of thinking. Someone said that perception was like slashing the other 3 tires each time you get a flat tire
    Have a great weekend!

Wow. So cool. Not surprised about the photoshoot 😁 But I am surprised you make mistakes with food. Makes me feel like I’m not alone because I do that all the time 😬.....My goal is to be competitive too...but in a different sport. You got this!!!!!!
