My best bud and I had a Tuesday tradition of Taco Tuesday! Been a while since we have done that, i may need to remind him!! But yes, exercise!!
Funny thing. I stopped considering it exercise unless I am doing weight training. Walking for me is peace. It is meditation. It is stretching my muscles and moving so I'm not so stiff. It's being able to go up and down stairs all day without my joints screaming now. Walking is health. Sitting on my tush? Now that is not health. But. Since I do sit a lot for my job, I try to make sure I balance it with movement. It's amazing to me how much better that feels. Better even than it did when I was obsessively getting up at 5 a.m. to go to the gym to use an elliptical for 45 minutes every stinking morning. I feel happier, too!!
