Today is going to be a great day! It is suppose to be 60 degrees by 4pm! emoticon I have already accomplished 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, but I plan to take a walk this morning and then take another walk at about 4pm tonight. Gotta take advantage of the good days. emoticon Yesterday was great I was able to get outside and I did 2 walks yesterday as well even though that it was my rest day because I wanted to get some fresh and sunshine. I was able to go a little further this time then I normally do both times because I figure it is time to start moving it up a bit. I had a small scared moment, but I was able to push past it. We have to push for the stuff that we really want! emoticon emoticon My goals are going to start to move up to do a little more each month because I know that my body is strong enough to do it. I do not want to be skinny I want to healthy and so my goals are to work on things that will give me the better health that I am looking for. I also as a person that has anxiety need to learn to be happy when I just conquered the day. That is something for me to be proud of and not to give into the fear or say I cant to something because I have learned over time emoticon Challenge each day! emoticon
