March Goals

I have fallen off the boat, and the boat left me behind. I've just been floating through my days, not really trying to catch up. That must change. I had come so far in my journey... and I didn't come this far to only come this far. So the very first thing I will do is forgive myself and get back on that boat.



1. Back to Low Carb. I feel so good when I'm limiting my carbs and eating healthy... This is a common low carb meal for me when I'm working the program...


2. Drink That Water. I've been slacking in this area and I know better. Minimum 64 oz a day, no excuses.


3. Move my derrière. I sit on it way way too much! I still have yet to get a 10 minute steak going. I want a 31 day streak by March 31st.


4. Read more. This weekend I finally finished a book I've been reading on and off for a long, long time; then I began reading the sequel and will have it finished today. In March I want to read the next book in the trilogy, and if I finish that one, then read my newest book I got for Christmas.


5. Journal every day.


...plus other things I'm going to continue doing that I began doing in February, like sticking to a budget, decluttering something every weekend, and cooking more. :)
