I'm fat and I'm staying fat so obviously I eat too much, but to see it in my tracker is still a wow. No wonder I'm so fat. I regularly eat well over 2,000 calories a day.
Last week was mainly about getting a clear picture of where I am starting. This week I am going to focus on getting in my 8 glasses of water everyday. I noticed last week that I am not drinking nearly enough water. I will also be trying to replace pop and other sugary drinks with water to help get me there and to cut some calories. I am not going to worry about food changes this week. That will come in the near future.
I am incorporating exercise only on days were it is nice enough for my daughter and I to take a walk. This is Michigan so that can change on an hourly basis. :) A more formal/regular exercise plan is in the future as well.
I am taking it slow this time. Too much too fast is part of why I've failed in the past. Slow and steady wins the race.
On a side note, I had to stop wearing my wedding ring a few months ago since my fingers were too swollen from the wonder that is pregnancy. I was able to get in back on today for the first time. :)
