Sunday Success and Scheduling

I am trying to get in the habit of celebrating my successes on Saturday, but yesterday was just such a difficult day. I'm struggling today too, but I am going to do this anyway.

Successes this week:

Lost 1 pound
Doctor reduced my diabetes medicine
Exercised at least 90 minutes
Stayed in calorie range 3 days. Stayed in BMR range three of the other four

Plans for the upcoming week:

Exercise at least 90 minutes
Strength train at least twice
Continue with Walk this Way challenge
Stay in calorie range 6/7 days

    We are doing it!! May be slow but we are steady!! I'm going to start with the recumbent bike this week 3X for 10 minutes and strength training 2X for 10 minutes. Total goal of 50 minutes. Thanks for going on this Journey with me! Not sure if I will catch up with the fitness minutes you and Bry are able to do but I need to start somewhere!
