Another Upcoming Milestone

So I am coming up on ride #125 with my Peloton app and this month was my “HIIT It and Quit” Challenge where my goal was to incorporate more HIIT and tabata rides for the month of February.
Since I only have 4 rides left, I wanted to be very intentional so I am planning my rides out in advance:
2/25 - 45 min. Feel Good Ride w/Ally
2/26 - 20 min. Tabata Ride w/Ally
2/27 - 45 min. R & B Ride w/Alex
2/28 - 30 min. HIIT Ride w/Ally
I am totally proud of how I challenged myself this month.
