What is your Perspective??

I used to really hate getting sweaty, at least as part of the weight loss process. (I never minded it when I was an avid sunbather when I was young and stupid). It's funny how over time, if you work at it, your thinking and your perspective on things shifts....
* today when I break a sweat, I think, Awesome! good workout!
* today when I see someone else, thin or not, I don't automatically compare myself to them as either good or bad. I see another human being.
* today I'm grateful I'm growing up to be less of an a**hat than I used to be. Baby steps, people. Baby steps.
