Where To Start

As a senior I am constantly seeking ways to stay in shape that are also safe for my aging body. I am seeing the following words everywhere I look for ideas, aerobic, resistance, flexibility, balance and range of motion.

Today I decided to look for ways to be more flexible and kept running across Yoga articles. Now I am even more interested in maybe trying some Yoga moves. It seems Yoga can be good for stress, flexibility and range of motion. Hmm, I can get aerobic exercise jogging, resistance with dumbbells, kettle bells so it seems Yoga would be a good choice for me.

Will let you know soon what I'm trying.
