I am back again

Hello! I am having a hard time losing weight. It's my fault, no one elses. (Although I like to blame my husband, LOL)
I lost my job November 13, 2017 and haven't been able to get a new job yet. I think I have a little depression mixed with a little "what do I do with this life now" thoughts. Struggling with weather I want to work at a J.O.B. or work for myself. Meanwhile, I'm hating the way I look and feel. I'm only 55 and most of the time don't feel old. My body tells me constantly that I am though. I used to ZUMBA every day, quit that all together after developing Frozen Shoulder. Never went back to class. (Frozen Shoulder is gone now)
This is NOT meant to be a pitty-party for Christie though. It may take me a few trials to find what works best for me, but I'm not giving up! I'll start with portion-sizing and more water and at least two days of kettlebell. (Kettlebell is my favorite) Oh and ZUMBA, something from online to start.
I hope whoever reads this is doing well and can give me a kick in the pants when you see me slacking. LOL Tell me how you do it. I deff need encouragement.
