I don't recommend not tracking. Lol. It started with a potluck at work, then tacos night my sister and her family were supposed to show up for and then didn't so we had tacos 2 days in a row, then I couldn't get to the store again for regular food. I said oh whatever I just want tbis week over please. As long as you continue and dont lose sight there is hope. :) I am a food addict. I just can't always say no to foods. Why would i buy all this stuff for my family etc and can't eat it when I dont make that much money... so it was a rough last week. I decided not to weigh in and continued today as usual. I'm getting cleaned out. Lol. Plenty of water and ready to continue where I left off
