Change of plans

So far this month hasnt gone as planned. My grandma has been having restless nights to where I get maybe 2 hours of sleep. Then she sleeps all day and thats when I get my ZZzzzz too. I fight to stay awake and try to get some housework done. If I get a small burst of energy I try to get some exercise in. Ive really only had the energy for working my upper body. In the past it has taken almost a month for her to get back on a sleep schedule.
With food I just flat out ate whatever. Ive been to tired to plan anything or even to just think. Yesterday I was thinking about this month so far and how Ive ate in the past and I feel like maybe I need to do a reboot. A fast. Starting March 1st Im going to do a 3 day fast. Im just going to drink a butt load of water. Then starting on day 4 Im going to eat very light. Im going to really watch my sugar, fat, and carbs. I have my fingers crossed for this plan.
Other news, I had my physical last week and here is the results:
Cholesterol 204 188
Triglycerides 234 153
HDL 72 67
LDL 85 90
I was so happy to see those numbers. It really makes me want to work even harder.
