Here are my goals for the week:

Exercise at least 90 minutes this week
Exercise at least 10 minutes per day
Move ahead with the Walk this Way challenge
Keep in calorie range every day

Sometimes, I get overwhelmed with SparkPeople. This site is awesome. There's so much to do and so much to learn. I just want to do everything at once. However, I'm trying to stay focused on a few small goals.

For example, I could list that I want to do more strength training and more yoga. The Walk this Way challenge has some strength training in it. I may do more yoga this week. I may not. I have been eating more fruits and veggies lately, but I don't want to include that either. That will probably change in the weeks to come. I don't have a water goal either. I have a two big glass water pitchers in the fridge. I drink coffee in the morning and milk with dinner. The rest of the day, I drink water.

I keep making small, consistent changes. It's working for me. I've lost 10.8lbs in 2018 and 16lbs overall. I have a long way to go, but I am going to do it, one small change at a time.
