I haven't been on Sparkpeople since 2014. Wow. A lot has happened in my time away. My first baby is going to be a kindergartener in the fall, I have a new baby just born in January, we moved, I got a new job, both of my dogs died, we got a new dog, and I've gained about 30lbs. I downloaded the Sparkpeople app. I don't spend much time on my desktop these days so having it on my phone should help. I am going to start small this time around. Part of my problem in the past was being too "all or nothing". I can't expect myself to start eating healthy and exercising everyday from day 1 and be able to keep it up indefinitely. These changes aren't that easy for me and I need to acknowledge that fact. I am going to start with tracking my food. See where I am at before I start making changes. I will evaluate at the end of the week and go from there.
