I was watching a business video on objectives and key results the other day. It sparked me to put the practices into my own personal life. One of the things the video encourages is a weekly celebration. So I'm doing that.
Successes this week:
I lost 2.6 pounds
I stayed in my calorie range 6 out of 7 days
I exercised 6 out of 7 days for a total of 130 minutes
I attempted yoga
I ate mostly unprocessed foods and a lot of fruits and veggies
