It’s been hard to stay active, but I’m trying a new probiotic, I’m sticking to my calorie target, and I’m doing a little better on my steps. I took the dogs for a walk yesterday and I woke up feeling tired and sore this morning.
I’m going to hit my recovery list probably most of the day today. I’ll start with stretching and a hot shower, I’m going to google a routine for my upper back if needed.
I need to go grocery shopping today, I’m going to make an Israeli salad and ground turkey chilli, can’t wait. I’m also doing some power smoothies. I need to get in shape so I can build my dream life.
