10 Minutes at a Time

I'm in the middle of a walking challenge. The amount I need to walk for the challenge is now 20 minutes. I had no problem with that yesterday. However, today my back hurts for some reason. After 10 minutes of walking, I was done. Sigh. It started to really bother me. However, I realized that I can try for another 10 minutes later today. Even if that doesn't work out, I did get 10 minutes in. I am exercising more consistently, and that is definitely a victory.
I want to work up to a 5K. That's going to take awhile. I used to run/walk 5Ks several years ago. I will be able to run a 5K again. It's just going to take time.
