I've felt better and better, although my breathing capacity hasn't improved and I can still feel that last bit of leadenness (phlegm) in my right lung.
I went to exercise Wed. and Friday and did okay. I can tell it has been so long since I've exercised (thanks to forced inactivity due to pneumonia) that I am losing my endurance. It happens so much faster as you get older!
Bette is out-of-town SO I WILL BE LEADING my aerobics class MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY! I'm both excited and anxious! Sweet Lorraine will be acting as my backup for the times (I'm sure there will be a couple times) I need a breather. My plan is to use our shortest, slowest beat music and just do my best!

    Getting the blood flowing is good for curing. Slow, though.. not any jumping jacks or marathons,,LOL! SO glad you are feeling better.
