Keep Moving Forward

Well, this has been an emotional week for me to say the least, but I am still here on today planning for the upcoming week. We cannot allow life's challenges to tear us down. I truly believe things happen to us to make us stronger and better people. Simply put, the fact that I am not where I want to be is enough motivation for me to keep moving forward!

This week's goals are as follows:
1. Cardio - 45 to 60 minutes per day
2. Strength & Stretch - 15 to 30 minutes per day
3. Daily Steps - 12,000 steps per day
4. Distance - 5 miles per day
5. Sleep - 6 to 7 hours per day
