Something I have learned at Spark People is how to be healthy and I now know it's not just about the .............
I have discovered food tastes good with very little added fats and that my body feels better also.
I have also found that the more I use my body exercising
the better my joints feel and I can move easier while running errands and getting other chores done. This has become so much more important to me than knowing that a number on the scale defines how healthy I am.
