Every pound lost is more freedom. Freedom from the tightness of clothes. Freedom from disempowering beliefs that you can't do this. Freedom from less pain and greater agility. You get the drift. Changing our lives isn't easy, if it were we'd all be doing it 24/7. That's what makes Sparkpeople such a great asset for anyone desiring to improve their health: the community. Like minded souls on the same journey, who can support others and be supported.
My goal is to hit my 5% mark by March 1st of 253 lbs. Going to get back to entering everything I eat (the good, the bad and the ugly) into my food log, stay up on water and exercise and review my goal daily. Every great thing in the world began as a dream. Time to embrace the dream.
