Another goal met

Having all these tools in my ''weigh loss'' tool box is really paying off. I go to WW's on Tuesday, I Spark everyday, and I have my TOPS meeting on Friday's. This is how I have been able to meet the goal I got to yesterday. On Tuesday when I weighed in at WW's I was 1 pound from the 30 pounds lost, and I was afraid that 1 pound was going to come off like pulling teeth. Good news is when I weighed in at TOPS yesterday morning I figured I would stay the same, but I lost that 1 pound, and now I have lost a total of 30 pounds since I rejoined WW's back in October. To say I'm happy would be putting it mildly. emoticon The other thing that has been a great help is being off sugar the entire time. I think I've had two diet soft drinks since I went off the sugar, and I have to say I don't even miss them.

We can meet our goals, but like everything else, ''if its worth it, it will take time, and work on our part." It is a one day at a time process, and at times it a minute by minute thing. Whatever you think is holding you back right now, bottom line is its just ourselves that hold us back. I have finally gotten the understanding of , ''it's a lifestyle change." This does not mean I'll never have cake or eat pizza again, that is a choice I have, but I know if I want to continue to the losing journey, then I choose not to eat cake and pizza.

Anyone reading this today just know you/me/we are worth the effort, and we deserve to be healthier. emoticon
