The first step. Again!

Every journey begins with a first step. Except, it feels like I have taken this first step toward a healthy weight many times. I need to remind myself that it took many times before quitting smoking(about 11 years ago) I finally put out my last cigarette. So I know I can do this, and I also know if I stumble well, it just means I am that much closer to success 😃 this time my goal is to lose 70 lbs my heart goal is 85. So here is to first steps and second and thirds. And the journey 🍷
