Did watp 5k yesterday and now just did watp burn body fat 3 miles, my life wee body killed me but amazing workout.
Probably shouldn't have done it two days in a row but felt good.
And I know I've gotten heavier, I can feel it.
My yoga pants are getting a bit snug.
Soon as I'm cleared back to work ( which should be the 23rd as that's when my next orthopedic surgeon appointment is) and get my paycheck going shopping for tone of healthy food- no snack cakes or ice cream, salad, spinach, chicken, veggies, yogurt to name some things.
I'm also thinking about joining the gym too.
Literally ALL I'm doing at home is eating.
It's a bad habit
And I've gotta break it.
