Clafoutis - this is how I do it

Melt 3 Tbs Butter in pie pan in microwave

Beat 4 eggs; 1/2 cup flour; 2/3 cup sugar; 2/3 cup milk

Pour what ever kind of fruit you want, drained into the pie pan;

Pour egg mixture over the fruit.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or how ever long until it is brown on top.

Tips: you can use any canned or fresh fruit. I use the juice with powdered milk instead of the milk.

To make a savory version: Leave out the sugar and use frozen veggies; defrosted.
I have not made the savory version yet.
