So I've lost 3.6 pounds since Monday morning. I was expecting that, honestly, because I knew my weigh in was a bit more than I expected. I figured there was some "large dinner last night" and "Water weight" in there that would come back off fairly quickly. It does help me continue to make good choices, although today I did treat myself to lunch. I thought it would be fairly OK, a grilled chicken sandwich on pretzel bun and fries (whoops) but I ate too many fries and drank too much soda! Oh well, I've heard that calorie cycling is good for you so today was an UP day. Still only at about 1600 calories, so well within my range. Yesterday was pretty low so I'm not upset by it at all. It also makes me feel good about being able to lose the 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I'm already 1/3 of the way there. That's about all for now. See ya later sparkers!
